bangleJoyce Carol Oates will be at Bloomingdale’s to support Literacy Partners, a charitable organization teaching adult literacy skills. Fashion jewelry company CAROLEE will be selling an Author’s Collection of bangles called “Words to Live By,” engraved with quotes from Joyce Carol Oates (and others) as well as the author’s signature. CAROLEE will donate 10% of retail sales from the Author’s Collection to Literacy Partners.

JCO will appear on Saturday, March 7, at 2 pm for a book signing at Bloomingdale’s 59th St in New York City. Buy a bangle, get a signed copy of My Sister, My Love or We Were the Mulvaneys.

Those unable to make it to NYC can get their bangles online; but, alas, no signed book.
